“A cuvée which I first produced back in 2020, as an hommage to my late grandfather who would heroically open a bottle of Côtes du Rhône most mornings before midday.
The fruit is sourced from an organic producer in Seguret. 60 year old Grenache and Cinsault, and 15 year old Syrah.
The wine is energetic, fresh and deep. A combination of the maturity of the fruit, as well as fermenting the grapes whole bunch in a concrete vat to retain crunchiness and brightness”

“Syrah from Ardèche on decomposed granitic soils; blended with Gamay from Bully, southern Beaujolais.
A blend of two accompanying grape varieties, nowadays less common than it once was in the region.
A harmony and balance is found between the juicy, fruity components of the Gamay; alongside the mineral and spicy elements of the Syrah”
2023 AOC Coteaux du Lyonnais
‘fond cajou’
13.5% alc
AOC Coteaux du Lyonnais
Millery and Taluyers

100% whole-bunch infusion, carbonic & destemmed vinifications blended
Spontaneous fermentation
600 & 400 litre barrels, stainless steel tank.
No filtration

“The wine is deep, with a bright and lifted pallet. Influenced by the heat at the end of season, as well as the more southern latitude of the site; for Gamay. Somewhat closer to a Syrah. Retention of juicy fruit and drinkability whilst young was the objective; with an ageing potential also.”
2023 Grenache noir/blanc ‘sand castles’
14% alc
Vin de France
Courthezon, Châteauneuf-du-Pape
65 year old vines
South exposure, sandy soils
Harvested 22/09/23
100% whole-bunch
Spontaneous fermentation
Ageing in a demi-muid barrel
Contains sulfites
“Grenache noir on sandy soils is always a recipe for something special. Right around the corner from the illusive Château Rayas; the quality of the terroir is outstanding.
Declassified to VDF as my cellar sits just outside of the appellation zone, allowed me to play with the blend somewhat. Adding 7% Grenache Blanc, to add lightness and floral tones’
2023 AOC Coteaux du Lyonnais Chardonnay ‘radiance’
14% alc
AOC Coteaux du Lyonnais
20 year old selection massale vines
Galets roulés, clay soils.
Harvested 23/08/23
Whole bunch pressed
Fermentation and ageing in one use 350 litre barrels.
Spontaneous fermentation
No fining/filtration

“ A generous and complex expression of Chardonnay, influenced by the late summer heat radiating off the large galet roulé riverbed stones. Dense in aromatics and alcohol volume, but uplifted by a long 18 month elevate in newer oak barrels and retention of residual co2 in bottle.”
2023 VDF Grenache blanc/gris ‘constant bliss’
13.5% alc

Seguret, Vaucluses
Clay limestone soils
Harvested 30/08/23
Whole bunch pressed
Fermentation in a single use 350 litre barrel.
Spontaneous fermentation
No fining/filtration

“A 50 year old organic vineyard set deep in the limestone hills of the village of Seguret. Grenache Blanc and gris co-planted. 18 months in barrel have given a wine with salty vibrancy and southern texture”

Fermentation and 6 months ageing in old barrique
Spontaneous fermentation

“Marsanne and a splash of Roussanne, fermented and aged in neutral barrels for 6 months. I wanted to bottle a wine which had excellent drinkability, with a silky texture; without the typical weight of a lot of the wines of the region”

“A peachy, pink rosé. Just as suited on a terrace in the sun, as it is on the table accompanied by food. Drink a bottle and you’ll start seeing life through a pair of ‘rosé tinted lenses’.”
